I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, well-decorated, and they even provided tea and coffee which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with polite and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect for me, within walking distance of everything I wanted to visit in Glasgow. The dining experience was great overall, though I would have liked more breakfast options. The hotel's facilities were excellent and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

What a gem of a hotel! The rooms with a four-poster bed and a large bathroom were excellent, overlooking the bowling green. The service from the friendly and very helpful receptionists, waiters, and housekeepers was top-notch; they were so lovely with our little one. The location is just perfect, close to the hydro and loads of great dining options nearby. The dining experience, though self-service and plentiful, could use a bit more attention.
